Having worked and trained in the fitness industry for over 13 years we have encountered many different types of exercise, but yoga is by far the most beneficial! Yoga can add enormous benefits to your fitness regime! By working with your own natural body weight you can strengthen and tone the whole body! You can improve your balance and flexibility, and strengthen joints that can sometimes become weak and painful such as the knees, hips and ankles.
My classes are for anyone and everyone! And offers a combination of a strong element of fitness through strong flowing postures such as sun salutations with more gentle postures that enables the body to stretch and release mixed with elements of meditation and relaxation to help distress and improve your mood or simply give you time to just unwind after a busy day.
